Ski Racing Program Overview

I would like to personally welcome you to the Camp Fortune Ski Racing Club, and those returning members, welcome back.  Founded in 1910, Camp Fortune has a long history of running premier racing programs with outstanding success.  While it is easy to judge our quality by the number of athletes we’ve put onto the National Ski Team and onward to the Olympics, our true test is to give everyone who comes through our programs the skills and opportunities to reach their personal best, and leave them with a love for the sport of skiing that will keep them on the slopes for a lifetime.

Our club offers a wide range of programs well suited for varying ability of skiers aged 7-21.  Whether you’re new to racing, or are looking for the most comprehensive competitive development program, we have something fit for you.  You’d be able to find a breakdown of age categories that we operate by here.  Programs are all structured on a “base program” organized by age group, and those wishing to participate in enhanced training, can purchase extra training opportunities midweek, or on a camp basis.

Within each age group catagories (ex. U12, U14), groups will be divided by ability and commitment to offer each athlete the program that is best suited for his/her development.

Camp Fortune Ski Racing Club offers much more than just on snow instruction.  Our programs encompass everything that surrounds being a skier and athlete, including physical dryland preparation, ski tuning clinics and instruction, and sport psychology.  Dryland programs can be view under Programs – Dryland training/fitness.

As you may notice, purchasing a “package” of training sessions, or signing up early will save you money.  This type of registration greatly helps in our planning, so please sign up early!  You save money, and we can offer better programming.
