Membership & Program Registration
*Returning Family priority registration for 2024-25 season will open in May after the banquet and will remain opened until June 15th deposit to save your spot for the new season is required and full payment will need to be made by Early August. Please check your emails for full details, If you did not receive the email please contact Tyler.
- We anticipate some programs will be capped due to group size limitations.
- Registration expression of interest will be reviewed and time stamps will be taken into account.
- Completing the expression of interest registration does not guarantee a spot in the program. In late August, we will be reviewing our numbers and will confirm spots.
- If the program you select is full, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to join a wait list.
- Securing a season ski pass at Camp Fortune is the responsibility of each individual family.
- It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to register for the season with Alpine Ontario or Ski Quebec Alpin (Provincial Sports Organization (PSO)) prior to attending any Club functions. Payment for PSO registration is the responsibility of the parent/guardian of the athlete.

Club Membership and Registration to Programs
Our Club bylaws require that anyone participating in a Club activity be a member of the Club. A single membership covers an entire family, regardless of the number of athletes in one of the Club’s program. Membership fees for the season is $50. Membership is required for all age levels: NG, U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18+.
The Club membership form will be sent to members directly via email once registration is confirmed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Club’s refund and Cancellation Policy has been updated.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct has been revised slightly to reflect, where appropriate, feedback from Club members. The only substantive change relates to the delay allowed for filing a complaint with the Club (s. 4.5.5). Parents and athletes will be prompted to agree to respect the Code of Conduct upon registration for Club membership.
Volunteer Policy
The Volunteer Policy must be reviewed yearly. Parents will be prompted to agree toall aspects of the Volunteer Policy upon registration for Club membership.
Supervision of Athletes Policy
The policy provides guidance and direction with respect to the Club’s expectations of parents and guardians for supervision of athletes while engaged in Club sanctioned activities. The purpose of the policy is to ensure that the appropriate person responsible for an athlete is available to their athlete should it become necessary.
